The National Convention of the Junior Chamber International  is considered to be the most important annual event: The board of directors of the local chambers and the National Board of Directors meets the members of local chapters of six governorates (Damascus, Aleppo, Lattakia, Hama, Tartous, Sweida, and Homs) as well as representatives of international rooms and official guests of the organization from inside and outside Syria.

: The National Conference will continue for three consecutive days, including many events including

- The official opening ceremony

- More than 20 hours of training

- Various recreational and cultural activities

- General Assembly meeting and National Board 2018 elections

- Economic and cultural intellectual seminars attended by official Syrian and Arab spokesmen and economists.

- Public speaking and debate competitions for local rooms.

يعد المؤتمر الوطني للغرفة الفتية الدولية الحدث السنوي الأبرز، حيث تجتمع مجالس الإدارة للغرف المحلية بالإضافة إلى مجلس الإدارة الوطني، أعضاء الغرف المحلية في المحافظات الستة (دمشق، حلب، اللاذقية، حماة، طرطوس، السويداء وحمص)، مندوبين عن غرف عالمية وضيوف المنظمة الرسميين من داخل وخارج سورية.

 تستمر فعاليات المؤتمر الوطني لثلاثة أيام متتالية تتضمن العديد من الفعاليات منها:

- حفل الافتتاح الرسمي .

- أكثر من ٢٠ ساعة تدريب.

-  نشاطات ترفيهية وثقافية منوعة.

- اجتماع الجمعية العمومية وانتخابات مجلس الإدارة الوطني لعام ٢٠١٨

- ندوات فكرية اقتصادية وثقافية بحضور متحدثين رسميين واقتصاديين بارزين سوريين وعرب وأجانب.

- مسابقة الخطابة والتحدث أمام الجمهور والمناظرة للغرف المحلية.

- العشاء الختامي ويتضمن مراسم توزيع الجوائز ومراسم تسليم المجلس المنتخب وتكريم رعاة وداعمين الغرفة.
