1. Barista terminology and coffee equipment
2. The grades and roast degree for several types of coffee
3. Knowledge of espresso grinders and brewing equipment
4. Identifying the diverse types of espresso coffee preparation
5. Perform milk steaming
6. Maintaining equipment and machinery
