The entrepreneurs will learn about the legal responsibilities after registering the companies in Jordan, and the responsibilities of the shareholders, managers, and board of directors.

- This session will cover all legal areas such as company registration, liabilities, roles and responsibilities of the general manager, the board of directories and rights of shareholders.

- Provide guidelines to the LLC and how to register the LLC, and why to choose the LLC.
