FIRE OF ANATOLIA AT THE CITADEL

Fire of Anatolia hold two Guinness World Records, one is for the fastest danceperformance ever, with 241 steps per minute and another for the largest audience, 400,000 people in Eregli, the home town of the group. The magical folk dance show portraying the history and culture of Turkey has been performed in over 90 countries, from East to West and has reached over 35 million world-wide fans.

The fastest dance in the world will bring the composition of gypsy, Caucasian and Turkish Semah dance styles of the Anatolian region to the glorious Citadel setting at night. Without a doubt, this will be one of the most vibrant, energetic, action packed performances you will ever see.

The performance combines a mix of Turkish culture and historical folk dance from various areas in Turkey along with modern dance and ballet. There are over 50 professional dancers performing together with elaborate and exquisite costumes. The group's dances are based on hundreds of years dancing culture of Anatolian civilization. The show is colorful, musical and stylish.

Established back in 1999, the world renowned Turkish dance group Fire of Anatolia is coming to the Amman Citadel as part of the Jordan Festival 2016. Over 50 dancers and choreographers will perform on stage.
