Section 1 An overview of food defence, including key definitions and guidelines such
as PAS 96:2014
Section 2 The Elliott Review and Human factors in food fraud & food defence
Section 3 Threat Assessment (TACCP) and Vulnerability Assessment (VACCP)
Section 4 Fraud Assessment Tools
Section 5 Developing food defence plans
