Christian is founder of c-level42, a company for personal career guidance programmes. Currently he is developing a matching-plattform to organize peer-to- peer-mentoring. Prior to that he worked as a partner and COO with Kienbaum Consultants International as an executive headhunter and for 15 years leading the energy sector in consultancy. He started as a logistics and procurement teamleader at IBM and has a degree in mechanical engineering and business administration. Beside this he lead the BEF – Berlin Enterprise Forum, a startup plattform in the late 1990s/early 2000s and lives with his wife and three children in the center of Berlin and at weekends on a farm in the middle of nowhere.
