  • No video recorders, cameras, recording devices, film, tape and other recording media and laser pointers will be subject to confiscation.
  • Admission to premises constitutes your agreement to be photographed, filmed, videotaped or otherwise recorded in connection with the performance and your agreement that your name, voice, and likeness may be broadcasted, distributed or displayed in connection with any program created from the performance without any compensation.
  • The ticket will not be replaced, refunded or exchanged for any reason.
  • Objects likely to endanger persons are not allowed on the event venue.
  • The tickets may not be resold or offered for resale in a manner or at a price in violation of any Local law or regulations.
  • The ticket buyer is responsible for any loss, damage and theft of his/her personal belongings.
  • The right of admission is reserved. In particular, we reserve the right to refuse entry to, or to remove from, the venue any persons who are disorderly or whose conduct is unlawful or offensive or who is not entitled to attend the event. Any person who causes a disturbance or who refuses to comply with reasonable requests from event management may be removed from the venue.
  • Holders may not be admitted if their tickets are damaged or defaced or their tickets have not been purchased from our authorized ticket agent.
  • Please arrive 60 minutes before the show to counter any traffic and allow for adequate entry and seating process/duration.
  • We have provided a parking assistance team on site to help you enter and exit as efficiently as possible. But we encourage you to consider carpooling to minimize any potential traffic and car park bottlenecks on entry and exit.
