Progresif Women’s Future Academy is the first of its kind in the country. The Academy aims to empower and encourage women’s professional and personal growth through an 18 coaching sessions from April to September.

The participants will be coached by Lisa Ibrahim, an internationally recognized Associate Certified Coach (ACC) under the International Coach Federation (ICF) as well as a Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Being no stranger to the local business industry in the country, she has more than 20 years of experience running companies as well as numerous entrepreneurial ventures and has now embarked into her coaching career. 

In partnership with Womennovation Brunei, a local women empowerment initiative under Big BWN Project, designed to help women identify their goals and full potential whilst building on their business and life. This academy aims to help transform challenges into possibilities by working with women business owners to achieve clarity, focus and take action towards designing and building a business and a life that they love. 

The Progresif Women’s Future Academy is in line with Progresif’s CSR pillars for education and entrepreneurship and is under the Progresif Minds platform. Valued at $5,000 per participant, Progresif will fully fund the first cohort which is open to 4 candidates.
