Progresif’s iPhone 12 Launch Terms and Conditions

1. The launch of Apple’s iPhone 12 lineup, which includes the iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Mini, iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max (“Devices”) shall be on a “first come, first served” basis (“Promotion”).

 

2. Registration of the Promotion shall be via the Progresif Events website starting on 13^th November 2020.

 

3. A Progresif representative shall confirm the order via callback and request for payment and provide a time of pickup for the Devices after the order is made. Failure to comply to this Clause 3 shall result in the cancellation of the order.

 

4. The Promotion shall be applicable to new, port-in and existing customers.

 

5. The Promotion shall only be eligible for local and permanent residents of Brunei Darussalam with a valid Brunei issued Identification Card.

 

6. In the event of a failure to provide a valid Brunei issued Identification Card, the customer shall provide a passport and a valid Brunei Darussalam address.

 

7. The eligibility for the Promotion shall be subject to AMBD credit vetting and Progresif reserves the right to reject applications.

 

8. Existing customers shall pay the allocated upfront price for the Devices.

 

9. New and port-in customers shall pay the allocated upfront price in addition to the one (1) month rental fee. 

 

10. The Devices must be bundled with an eighteen (18) month Handset Plan where customers shall pay a handset instalment fee on top of the monthly Plan rental.

 

11. Upon the premature termination of the handset plan, the customer shall be liable for the remaining and outstanding Handset Plan amount (please refer to the Handset Plan Terms and Conditions on Progresif’s official website).

 

12. Progresif shall attempt with reasonable efforts to call customers that have placed orders for a period of two (2) days. The orders shall be cancelled if the customer fails to answer the calls from Progresif. 

 

13. Customers shall only be eligible for pick-up for the Devices in Progresif’s retail store. For the avoidance of doubt, delivery shall not be provided for the Promotion.

 

14. Any new Devices including new arrivals and device models shall be informed accordingly.

 

15. Customers shall only be able to cancel orders by the following:

 

1. contacting 177;
2. visit any Progresif’s retail stores; and
3. notifying a Progresif representative before confirmation of the order via call back. 

 

16. Any warranties in relation with the Devices shall be handled directly by the respective vendors. For the avoidance of doubt, Progresif shall not be responsible for the provision of warranties for such Devices.
