This 2 days seminar is designed for individuals who want to improve their lifestyle, overcome their daily challenges, and reach their work-life balance.

About the Course Developer and Facilitator:

Musab Sasa is a certified Master Trainer and Corporate Trainer from the United States, known for his dynamic, motivating and humorous speaking style, and a program developer since 1992 with over 21 years of experience providing outstanding programs for hundreds of managers and employees.

Taking his speaking talent into the world of work, Musab brings variety of training topics to the corporate and government world including Leadership, Drug abuse education, Corporate Staffing, Teamwork, Strategic Planning, Time Management, Stress Management, Customer Service, Presentation Skills, Modern Investigation & Interrogation Techniques

Musab is an active member of several professional Human Resources developing training associates, and he was ranked 4th on the USA east cost on presentation skills, and motivational abilities in September 2011. 

Musab's strength comes through his unique ability to use his business experience, and psychology background, as well as his life experiences to understand the knowledge and skills his participants need to increase their performance and productivity to benefit both self and corporate. He then designs and delivers his program in a way that excites and motivates participants to use new skills to improve and change their behaviors.

About the Course:

The course is going to talk about the definition of stress and how to manage it, what are the sources and kinds of stress and anxiety, how to manage your everyday stress and anxiety, how to manage and plan your time and future, how to be proactive not reactive. In addition to how to identify the habits and behaviors that affect stress and the psychology behind stressful reactions.
