BenchLab Talented Instructor: Suryati Hj Paun
You’ll be learning from a traditional pastry maker, Suryaty, who has acquired these skills and recipes from her grandmother and mother. She has perfected the taste further for over 3 years and it’s no wonder they taste so good. Suryaty believes that it is important that we uphold the legacy of our ancestors through appreciation and making of such traditional pastries.
