Her journey started as a graphic designer in 2001 and then left the field to follow her dream as an energy healer and a life coach, she traveled into England, Scotland, Bali, Turkey to enhance her knowledge and take it from the source.
One of her favorite activities is the guided Monday meditation that she hosts for almost 4 years at her center. Her main goal is to help people to relax and connect with their higher Self.

Is a Self-Empowerment Coach and is Certified as a Health & Wellness Coach from the Institution for Integrative Nutrition in New York.

Sara loves working with women to guide them back to themselves, help them re-connect to their inner power and use that power to live in balance mentally, physically and spiritually.

She believes that life start from one place and that is “YOU”, when we know how to master our own being everything else falls into place.

That is why she’s an advocate of self-development, self-responsibility and self-love! She took her biggest jump by leaving a career in HR to pursue her passion in coaching and wellness.

Her favorite time is when she’s reading, learning, cooking, doing yoga or being in nature... simplicity is her mantra and self-love is her passion.
